What we collect
Account info (email, display name), card images you upload, transaction & shipping details, and standard device/log data.
How we use it
To run AI grading, fulfil submissions, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve our models. Card images may be used in aggregate, de-identified form to train future grading models — you can opt out in Account Settings.
Sharing
We share data with payment processors, shipping carriers, and authentication providers strictly to deliver the Service. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure for tax and audit purposes. Card images can be deleted on request.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability and objection rights under UK GDPR. Email privacy@holograde.app to exercise them.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and anonymous analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
Children
HoloGrade is not intended for users under 16.
