Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using HoloGrade™ ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. AI Grading is Advisory
The HoloGrade Score™ generated by our AI is an opinion based on image analysis and is not a guarantee of any third-party grade (PSA, BGS, CGC). It is intended for pre-grading guidance only.
3. Professional Grading & Encapsulation
Cards submitted for professional grading are insured up to their declared value while in our custody. We are not liable for damage caused in transit by the carrier prior to receipt. Turnaround windows are targets, not guarantees.
4. Marketplace
HoloGrade facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale. Sellers warrant that listings are accurate and authentic; buyers agree to pay in full at checkout.
5. Subscriptions & Refunds
Pro and Business memberships are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time before the next renewal. Unused grading credits expire 12 months after purchase. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit fraudulent, counterfeit, stolen or restricted cards; abuse the AI grading system; manipulate marketplace pricing; or attempt to bypass authentication.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) £100 or (b) the fees paid to HoloGrade in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
