How accurate is the AI grade?+

Our model agrees with the final professional grade ±0.5 grades on more than 92% of cards we've tested. It is advisory — final grades depend on physical inspection.

When does physical grading launch?+

AI grading and the HoloVault are live today. Professional encapsulation with tamper-evident holographic slabs is coming soon — join the waitlist on the Services page for early access.

What can I do today?+

Get an instant HoloGrade Score™ on any card, mint it to a permanent HoloGrade Passport™ in your vault, track live valuations, set price alerts and buy / sell cert-verified cards on the marketplace.

Can I cancel my Pro membership?+

Yes — any time before your renewal date. You keep Pro features until the end of the paid period.

Is the HoloVault really free?+

Basic members vault up to 250 cards at no cost. Pro and Business unlock unlimited capacity, advanced analytics and price alerts.

Which cards do you grade?+

Pokémon TCG today. Magic: The Gathering and sports cards are coming Q4 2026.

How do I sell on the marketplace?+

List from any certified card in your HoloVault — verified buyers, transparent fees, secure escrow payout 7 days after delivery confirmation.

Can I get a refund?+

Membership refunds within 14 days of purchase. Grading fees are non-refundable once a card is received and AI-reviewed.

How do I report a fraudulent listing?+

Use the "Report" button on the cert / passport page, or email fraud@holograde.app. We investigate within 48 hours.
